the continental beautiful room was amazing. the service at the continental club was so fast and efficient. my parents and i were super happy! i loved the complimentary afternoon tea. the evening cocktail was amazing too.
The entrance was a little strange. our taxi stopped in the back. i had to walk past the mall a bit with my luggage. i also found the breakfast buffet a bit disappointing. The food quality wasn't the best. it could be better

I totally loved the location right in the shopping district. exploring was super easy. i also found the breakfast buffet had so many options it was fantastic! the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. It.
the gym was smaller than i expected and it felt a bit crowded during peak hours. i also noticed that some of the furniture in my room looked a little worn. the water pressure in the shower was not as strong as i prefer.

the room was spacious and clean as i expected. hotel staff were always available. we needed adapters for our chargers and the hotel lent them to us because we forgot to bring our own. the front desk also helped us with directions when we needed them for our commute.
my room had a slightly noisy air conditioning system.
